Goal Setting Store Motivation
The reason most traders lose and never achieve currency trading success is often seen as a lack of discipline, however this is not the major reason, it’s only a minor part of the problem.
The major reason is a lack of “concentrated focus”, this takes some explaining (as most traders are unaware of it) so let’s look at it in more detail.
What is concentrated focus?
If you want to achieve currency trading success you need “concentrated focus” and this means focusing on how and why markets really work and what you have to do to win.
Most traders simply don’t do this and lose.
Let’s look at what it involves and how if you apply it, you can achieve currency trading success.
1. Work smart not hard
In many industries to achieve success the more you put in the more you get out in terms of rewards, this is not true in currency trading.
What you need to learn is that to achieve currency trading success involves working smart, not hard and using a simple system that should take very little time to apply for profit.
You can achieve currency trading success in under an hour a day and make triple digit annual gains! Simplicity is the key to achieving currency trading success.
To repeat work smart not hard, don’t create work for yourself!
2. Trade with probability
Today, there is a huge industry that tells us predictive theories work and you can pick market bottoms and tops with scientific accuracy no you can’t, so don’t try!
The other big myth is day trading.
You can try as hard as you want but the odds are not in your favour in day trading, as you will never have enough profits (or big enough profits) to cover your inevitable losses.
You need to trade longer term this is where the probability of success is highest and the ONLY Way you will achieve currency trading success.
The lesson here is don’t spent time with theories that will never make you money they may be clever and cute but you wont make money.
3. Ego problems
This is a major problem and traders who have ego’s get killed.
The problem is, many traders think their smarter or bigger than the market and can impose their will on it and make money by being clever.
Of course, the reality is, the market is always right and only you can be wrong.
Many trades can’t accept rimonabant sale this and the harder they try to beat the market by being clever the more they lose.
A trader with an ego or who thinks their smart will never achieve currency trading success.
4. Cut losses but also accept huge gains
This is a well known phrase and it’s true.
The easy part is cutting losses (simply set your stop before you enter your trade) the harder part is running your profits and this is why the majority of traders never achieve currency trading success.
No matter how hard they try they can never hold a profit. They either get stopped out or bank a profit early.
The ONLY way you will achieve big profits is by focusing on the long term and not the short term swings of equity against you.
It’s hard to sit on a profit for months or years but that’s what you have to do. Most traders can’t do this. They move stops too quickly or snatch profits.
If you want to achieve currency trading success you can’t bank early You need to hold and focus on the long term.
5. Don’t chase your tail
Many traders have good systems, but fail to stick with them through periods of drawdown. So what do they do?
They override the systems signals or change it for new one. Big mistake!
It’s a well known fact that after a period of drawdown, profits occur (if the systems logic is soundly based) but many traders lack patience and want to force profits, this of course will never give them currency trading success.
If you have a sound system don’t “chase your tail” by constantly chopping and changing!
If you have confidence in your system then stick with it.
Focus on the reality of trading and adapt!
Many traders through lack of focus try and force gains try and be too clever, this is because they don’t really understand how the markets work and what is necessary to achieve currency trading success.
Learn the above and win big
To achieve currency trading success involves a simple approach, focusing on how and why markets move, developing a trading method that can be applied with discipline, to reach the currency trading success all traders’ desire, but very few achieve.
Remember
Concentrated focus means just that, focus on what is needed to win and concentrate in these areas.
Forget your ego, and pursue currency trading success with confidence in your ability and apply it with iron discipline and you WILL succeed!

I remember having a friend say success isn’t only or just measured in financial. What did he mean by that? How else can success be mesured then?
AnswerSuccess in life is measured by happiness. There are more important things in life than money. You have to evaluate what is it that makes you happy in the long run. Having a $200,000 annual income but no relationships with family/friends can be depressing.
I will tell you now that building a business takes work. Yes, you know that, but do you really. Are you struggling right now, trying to make a success of what you are doing. Do you realize that there are simple things that you can do everyday to create a successful business? The same tactics do not work for everyone, so first you need to figure out what your strong points are and what your weak points are. The sooner you figure that out the better.
It is important that you develop success habits now. It isn’t to late or to early, but develop them now because they mean ongoing success for the life of your business. The key to figuring out what these habits are is to know what your goals are. Envision them, don’t just say you want to be a success, how do you want to be a success. What part of your business do you want to be successful at?
Talk to new people about what you do every chance you get. This is the simplest thing that you can do and it can pay off really big. This is what is known as networking. Networking doesn’t just limit you to talking to people that are in your line of work, it is branching out. There isn’t one person that you will ever meet that doesn’t know someone that could use what it is you are doing. There have been a couple times that a client was referred to me by someone that I had met and talked with once or twice and that lead to this encounter where I just made a few thousand dollars.
Along with your business, talk about your product, seems to only make sense but many people skip this part. Thinking that talking about their business is enough. For example, say you work with a prepaid legal company. You can tell people everything in the world about the company and what it does and why it is important to have that type of coverage- but what do you sell. What products do you have that are going to fill a need for a person? That need can be real or created that all depends on how well you talk about your product and how well you know your product.
That is another key right there, know your product. You can be selling or working with the greatest product in the world, but if you can’t tell a person about it intelligently you just killed that product and any hope that you had from making a sale.
You have a down line, people that you brought into the business to help you make more money. What are you doing to help them make money and become a success in the company. You have to give in order to receive, and really there is no greater sense of success then helping another person meet and achieve their goals. I have worked “with” many different MLMs and Networking companies and all of those people were great recruiters. They convinced me to come on board- but when I needed help to make a success of what I was doing, they were no where to be found. cialis online buy So why would I waste my time trying to make a business work, where those people got paid off what I was doing and they weren’t there to help me.
I had no motivation to be a success with those people. I advise you take a moment and figure out how you are helping those people you brought on board. What motivation are you giving them to make the business work? Help them and it helps you. This may take some personal development and further education on your part, but it will pay off greatly in the end.
Yes, education and personal development. As that none of us are perfect or know everything, you can never turn your back on the opportunity to improve your self. Go to seminars, read books, read the literature that you receive from the different networking groups that you have joined. What, you haven’t joined any networking groups. I suggest you stop reading now and find some to join. You are missing out on a wonderful success habit that will build ongoing success for you.
Most if not all companies hold weekly conference calls. Participate in them. How can you work for a company that you have no clue about what it going on in. Yes, it may take a few moments of your time, maybe an hour, but that time can help you increase your business. If you are serious about making your business a success then you will take the time and attend those calls.
The only person that can make your business a success is you. You have to put in the time and the effort. That time and effort is ongoing. Leave no leaf unturned. Try as many things as you can to improve your business. Remember that what worked for your co-worker won’t necessarily work for you.

I have a private patio in an apartment, facing the Southwest location so there’s a lot of sun. I’ve worked with Tomatoes and Banana Peppers and I’ve had great success. Now I want to try Grean Beans. I’m in the midwest and I plan on giving this a try after the danger of frost has past in late April or early May.
AnswerMany people have grown beans successfully in containers.

Specifically, how would the medical community evaluate a new medical procedure so as to label it a success? I’m hoping for a somewhat broad answer, backed by legitimate citations. I’m guessing that a new procedure is labeled a success when it achieves its intended purpose; what I’m looking for is if the medical community has stated if success, generally, means that a procedure causes more help than harm to the condition of the patient.
AnswerIn this context, we’re talking about a new drug or a new surgical technique which is safer or better than the last. For example, consider the issue of endovascular treatment of carotid stenosis as compared to the traditional surgical treatment carotid endarterectomy (CEA). Simply google the two and look for scientific literature comparing the success rate (these things are often measured by morbidity/mortality statistics).
Also, look in the New England Journal of Medicine and find a review article (it dates back ca. 2001) which compares angioplasty vs. stenting for renal artery stenosis and discusses which has better long term results and is the method of choice.
Looking for simple, inexpensive toys for your child that require no batteries, assembly, and keep his or her attention for hours? Here are some ideas for simple things around the house that will entertain your children while you accomplish all the things on your to-do list.
1) Play-doh. This is easy to make and lasts for a long time if you keep it in an airtight container. Kids love things that squish and squash, so put down some wax paper and let their imaginations take over! To make play-doh, take two cups of wheat flour, two cups of water, two tablespoons of oil, one-third cup salt, and one-fourth cup cream of tarter and mix them in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir until all excess moisture has evaporated and play-doh consistency has been reached. Let cool and store in plastic containers or bags. For a little extra fun, when you mix all the ingredients in the saucepan, add some food coloring for colored play-doh!
2) Boxes. A cardboard box can be colored on, painted, and cut, and can be easily moved or disposed. An empty box can turn into a ship sailing the high seas, a cabin in the woods, or a castle on a hill. Many grocery stores have large, empty boxes that they are willing to give to anyone asking.
3) Pots and pans. When I was little, my mom would pull out her pots, pans, and metal bowls, fill some of them with water, and let my brother and I play “cooking.” We’d take cups, spoons, measuring cups-anything that could hold water-and transfer water from one pot to the other. We spent hours concocting various brews and soups, and usually ended up soaking ourselves. Because it was just water though, there were no stains to worry about and the mess was relatively easy to mop up.
4) A cheap toy. Never underestimate the power of one small toy. Another story from my childhood: my brother and I had two small action figures that we’d gotten from a kids‘ meal. Those two men went everywhere with us! Outside in the dirt, in our little pool, on car rides, and so many other places. They “helped” us wash dishes, do homework, play in the yard, and kept us entertained for many afternoons. Some of my fondest childhood memories are of my brother and I playing with those action figures.
5) Old clothes. Children take great delight in playing “adults.” Oversized clothes become disguises for miniature CIA agents or fancy outfits for little starlets. Ties, ribbons, shoes, dresses, sunglasses, and dress shirts are especially fun for kids.
Simple things, when seen through the eyes of a child, can become the most fun toy in the world. All you need are a few of these easily-accessible items and a health dose of imagination, and cheapest online cialis your children will be playing happily for hours!

In the past, dogs under 6 months old were not put into training classes. There were even trainers who believed that a puppy who was 12 months old was just the right age to begin training. Today‘s popular belief is that the dog’s first few months are the best and most important time to start training. The following are some reasons to begin training early.
? Puppies wake up every day ready to learn whatever you will teach them.
? Puppies have no opinion of certain situations and actions. Because of this, they are able to learn things rather quickly.
? They will pick up on and learn what is good and bad and what earns them praise, whether we try to teach them or not.
? Puppies can be trained into charming and obedient pets, primarily because they have no bad habits for the trainer to overcome.
While there are many ways that you can train your dog, I always prefer the kindest method. The following is a quick summary of training tips for puppies.
1) Opportunity Training – Without the puppy ever understanding that it is a “training session”, you begin to train him.
2) Attention Training – Before I give a new command, I wait until the puppy is actually doing what I am going to command him to do. I then introduce him to the “Watch” command as he is waiting to receive his reward. Because puppies have a very short attention span, you must reward him immediately.
3) The Sit – Get the attention of your puppy by allowing him to sniff the treat that you are holding as you kneel. Raise your hand slightly higher than your puppy’s head. Since it will be simpler for the puppy to see the tidbit while sitting, he will do so. After the pup is sitting, praise him and give him the sit command. Do this only after the puppy is performing the correct behavior. This sequence may need to be repeated 9 or 10 times.
4) The Down – Start this command the same was as you began the ‘sit’ command. At this point, you should hide the food from your puppy by covering it with your open hand (palm down). He will try different things in order to get the treat. He may not see it, but he will still smell the food. Your puppy will then likely try to move your hand away from the food by nudging it with his nose. After this, the puppy will see that by lying down his task will be made easier. As soon as your puppy lies down, while he is in this position, command him ‘down’, and give him praise and a reward for his good behavior.
5) The Recall – The recall command is one of the most important that a puppy can learn. It is important for his safety and for his behavior around others. While the dog is ready to learn commands such as sit, and down, he can also learn the recall command. Have another person kneel on the ground and hold on to the dog. Kneel or sit on the floor a yard or two away from your dog. To get the puppy’s attention, you can put both of your hands out in front of you. Command your dog to ‘come’. Before your helper releases the dog, make sure that you have the full attention of the puppy. When your puppy is running, use lots of excitement while commanding him again to “Come”. Immediately give him his reward upon arrival. Only teach your puppy one command at a time. Do not try to make him lay down, sit, or stop at the same time. Repeat the same exercise as many times as needed until the puppy understands it.
It is important to know that the youngest of puppies can learn a lot very fast. Puppies can learn quite quickly with the aid of proper skill and a positive attitude. The real benefit to training it that it helps to build a dogs confidence in it’s owner and allows it to bond to that person. Training exercises should be fun. The dog should feel playful and relaxed while learning. If it is fun for the puppy, he or she will WANT to learn more things.
My son turned three March 27, and for several months I have been potty training him we started off with him stark naked, then moved to training underwear, then to pullups. He did great at first but now for no apparent reason has begun to soil himself. I feel like breaking in tears as he won’t communicate with me what he wants. Some children communicate that they want to wear their pullups, some underwear he don’t communicate with me at all. It seems like he doesn’t pee/poop only when he gets to run around naked but when he is clothed he doesn’t care if he goes in his underwear or pullups. I can tell he is frustrated with potty training right now, and wonder if I am at fault like maybe I pushed him too hard. What could be going on? Should I back off and let him go it alone or keep encouraging (which leads to a power struggle)?
AnswerI know it’s frustrating. My daughter just turned 3 and is just now potty trained during the day but still wears a pull up over night. We were one step forward, two steps back for well over a year with the potty training. What I did, and our pediatrician agreed with me on this philosophy, was to just let her go at her own rate. I really believe that if you push too hard you will just make it worse. Mine did the exact same thing yours is doing and I promise that eventually he will decide that peeing and pooping in his pants is something he does not want to do. Just don’t make a big deal of it yourself. Each day let him make a decision about what he wants to wear (pull up or underwear). If he doesn’t tell you, get a piece of posterboard or construction paper and glue pictures of underwear and pull ups and ask him to choose or lay each out and ask him to make the decision. acomplia on obesity Then it’s all his idea. When he does use the potty, praise him (you can do treats if you want but I don’t like to get that sort of thing started). Just act like it doesn’t bother you one way or another but do praise for the behavior you want to see. It will work itself out in time.
By the way, since he’s not communicating with you on the underwear vs. pull up issue I wonder if he has problems with communicating with you in general. If that’s the case, mention those concerns to your pediatrician. Mine is in speech therapy because of her verbal delays and even though it was hard to initiate that step, I’m really glad we got her some additional help because her language skills have grown by leaps and bounds since we have and her frustration level (and mine) has decreased drastically. If that’s not the case then just ignore this part.
