Goal Personal Planning Setting Success. Step 1
Aug 3rd, 2010 by Russ

One of the most important keys to success is a goal personal planning setting success process. A series of studies and interviews were carried out to find out the secrets of successful people. If we take a closer look at these studies, we will find out that majority of successful people use goal personal planning setting success as a first step to succeed. They know exactly what they want; they know precisely what they want to achieve, they know where they are going and what they are going to do. They have goals that have driven them to succeed in their chosen field.

The process of goal personal planning setting success helps us to determine where we want to go in life.

Start the process of goal personal planning and setting success with creating long term goals in each area of life and then work down to the short term goals, so you can start working on them today.

Goal Personal Planning Setting Success – Long Term Goals

To begin with goal personal planning and setting for success, you need to take your time and think about where you want to go in life, what you want to achieve. Do you want to lose a certain amount of weight? Do you want to enjoy a new car? Do you want to improve your relationship? Do you want to increase your salary?

Here is a first goal personal cialis alternative planning and setting for success exercise for you. Take a piece of a paper and write down what you want to have or achieve in the future on the left side of it. Do not stop until you get at least five – ten or more goals in your list.

Read your goals and ask yourself questions: Why do I need this? Why do I want this? Then write down your answers on the right side across each goal.

Leave your goals for now and then go back to them a day later. Now, rate your goals on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being best. Cross out all goals with the rate less than 10. The remaining goals are your real goals. You just created a “big picture” of your life or long term goals.

Goal Personal Planning Setting Success – Short Term Goals

A short-term goal is something to be accomplished in a short period of time. If your goal is too large, it may seem that you are not making progress towards it. Short term goals are small steps that are easier to achieve. They will move you toward attaining your long term goals.

Now, you need to break long term goals down into the smaller and more manageable targets. Here is an example: a long term goal is to lose a large amount of weight while a goal of losing five pounds per month is a short term goal and more achievable.

State each of your goals as a positive statement. Be specific, use dates and amounts so that you can measure achievement. If you have several goals, give each a priority. Write them down where you can regularly read them to yourself. Setting and tracking goals is an important step in achieving success.

Once you set your goals, the first step in the process of goal personal planning setting success being taken.

If you have wanted to change your life, now is the time to start.

How do you see spirituality and the drive to success go together?

I noticed that being more spiritual lessens the drive to succeed in worldly endeavors. If you begin to develop more compassion and see yourself as one with all others, the need to stand out and get ahead seems to vanish. But to create something of value and something outstanding may still be desirable.

How do you see spirituality and the drive to success go together?

Answer
What if I’m driven to be a spiritual success?

Does anyone have a success/failure story post Graphic Design school?

I dropped out of Architecture school this past Fall and I have been considering applying to a Graphic Design program. My Dad was a graphic designer for a TV station -hated his job and made a poor salary, so I’ve had a stigma against the field until recently. If anyone has a story of success or failure post Graphic Design training, I’d love to hear it. Thanks!

Answer
I graduated about 2 years ago with a degree in Graphic Design and I have yet to find a full-time job. I went to college with many like me, who have yet to find a job or have given up on Graphic Design and end up taking a job doing something else because we all need to pay the bills somehow.

I started looking for jobs after graduating and it is tough! There are a lot of Designers out there looking for work so competition can be stiff. You portfolio has to be pretty good to even get an interview. Most design jobs these days are in Web so that definitely doesn’t help Graphic Designers who aren’t trained in Flash or web coding.

I’ve been trying to gain experience in the field more than anything because that is a huge factor for many employers. So, I’ve done an internship for a publication company, taken on various freelance projects, and now I work part-time at a creative and web development company as a Graphic Designer. I still look for jobs all the time though because part-time isn’t really cutting it.

If you are in it mainly for the money then you will not like this field, at least in the beginning. The higher paying positions are for Senior Designers, Project Managers or Art Directors- people with years of experience and in a managing role. It isn’t a glamorous job and the pay starting out kind of sucks. It may take years or just plain luck to make a decent salary in this field.

Good luck with whatever you end up choosing!

Success is One Step Away
Jun 24th, 2010 by Russ

In watching people who have achieved success there always seems to be one defining moment for them when they are faced with the decision to quit or push forward. Every documented successful person seems to have that moment when they either are one step from being fired, or one step from quitting. In many cases it’s just one more push of effort, one more day, one more quarter or even one more year that puts them over the top to success.

Unfortunately, most people especially network marketers do one of two things, quit or move to a new opportunity. That is precisely the time that just a little more effort or more concentrated effort would put them over the top. So why do we quit or change opportunities. It comes down to choice and we often chose to blame the product, the opportunity or the company, when in reality we have to accept blame on ourselves.

Here are the key ingredients that I found with my success in my network business.

Number one you have to like the product, in fact you must love the producer or service you are offering. Why, because you will promote this product all day everyday and if you don’t love the product you will give up at the slightest sign of difficulty. You must be able to promote your product, believe in your product and truly see the benefits of your product. If not find a product you truly love and market it. Trust me everything under the sun can be marketed, from home and most through a networking business.

Second, you must have a mentor and I mean a successful mentor who has found success and is teaching or helping you establish your success exactly how he/she found success. And please spare me the pomp and circumstance that your mentor found success through handing out cd’s, dvd’s and doing one on one’s. Do you really think that you can become diamond or double diamond or own a pink caddy (for my Mary Kay ladies) by putting in one or two people a week and spending up to two to six hours doing it? Your famous up line has used real marketing techniques to get their success. Success marketing that builds massive down lines by adding twenty to thirty people a week.

The last key to success is the one and only YOU. You are absolutely in control of everything you have, don’t have and can have in your life, with the exclusion of wanting other people, fortunately that is their choice. Remember the genie Aladdin; you can have anything you want except three things. One no other wishes, two I can’t make people fall in love and three he can’t bring people back from the dead. Same idea, at least for two and three, I could argue number one however.

So stop making the excuses, if you don’t have a product that you love, go find one. The internet is a wonderful place to shop, quickly and inexpensively. Find a mentor, one or two people that you trust, that are successful and are teaching you real techniques of success. Again not has hard as you may think, in fact your reading this article from a business growth mentor.

Finally, don’t quit. Do not under any circumstance succumb to laziness, depression and in no way anything or anyone who doesn’t want your dreams to come true. Keep dreaming, it is the fabric that keeps invention and marketing acomplia (rimonabant) online and success alive. If you fail to dream, fail to say I can, fail to say I want and fail to say I need, well then what good are your doing for yourself, your family or your country.

Thanks for spending a little time with me today, look forward to our next visit and have a great day.

I have big stretch marks on my sides, and little ones on my stomach and legs. Has anyone had success with getting rid of them. Would love a tummy tuck, but of course it cost to much. So, any ideas that have worked for you or someone you know would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
