Do you know of any free goal setting software?

I am looking for free goal setting software. One that can sync up with an iPhone app, has alerts, and has progress charts. If you know of a relatively cheap app that is really good mention it. Also mention really good free ones you know of even if they don;t have the requirements.

Answer
I have seen some free ware ones on the net you might search for them

what will goal setting help you do as an adult?

what will goal setting help u do as an adult?

Answer
Well interesting question

Basically have you ever felt you are just drifting thru life? not really going anywhere? Do you know where you are going and how you are getting there?

Have you ever thought about where you thought you would be now 5 years ago?

By setting a goal you are focusing your life in a certain direction. You will then work to achieve this goal.

Last question — would you get to the airport and not know where you are going?
