Secrets of Success? Is Goal Setting a Major One?

I’m 21 and run a web design business. This year I’m wanting to accomplish great things for my business. I usually read about 1 hour a day of other successful people such as biographies, quotes and so forth.

It seems goal setting is one of the biggest secrets to success, such as setting goals and then getting them done. Do you believe this is true? Also what else do you believe plays a role in success?

Answer
First of all, I commend you for your drive, not many 21 year olds have the spirit that you do!
Goals are not only necessary, they’re crucial. You have to set your long term goals first, then break them down into monthly, weekly, daily and even hourly.
Another crucial element is exactly what you’re doing….learning from other successful people. My Mother always said to be careful who I take advice from, because I will become just like them! So I decided that I would only take advice from people I admire who have done great things.
One book that is worth buying, you can get it on Amazon, is Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T Harv Eker. He teaches you how to have an abundance mentality which not only benefits you in the financial world, building your net worth, but it helps you in every other aspect of your life as well. Definately worth the read. Keep buying books and learn, learn, learn.
I see huge things for you in your life!
If you’re ever open to another stream of income, I would more than welcome you on my team!

How can aviation and trains save energy and stop emmitting c02 gases?

Are trains switching to biodiesel but what is going on with planes? How are both saving energy and how bad are they currently?

Are planes worse than cars?

Thank you, please explain, i will give it to the best answer

Answer
Well, since not all train routes are electrified, diesels will still be needed and they burn hydrocarbon fuel to move. However, trains are pretty efficient in The use of biodiesel only means they are using a renewable fuel source, not that they are reducing CO2 emissions.

As for planes, they rely on very high grade fuel to get the most power out of each ounce of fuel to create thrust. Planes eat up quite a bit of fuel compared to other forms of transport, but nothing compares to their speed. Modern planes are better matching their own size and optimal cruising route to their cargo and distance, as well as improving jet engine efficiency. Planes currently can’t really go electric and be able to carry a decent payload, so we’ll need to wait a bit for that.

Hope this helps.
